3A Composites, a world leader in the production and distribution of structural core materials, has signed a contract to acquire PNGB. PNGB is a world class producer of Balsa with its own plantations in Papua New Guinea. “This is a great addition to the existing businesses of 3A Composites. This acquisition will ensure the future growth of our Balsa wood related business” says Roman Thomassin, CEO of 3A Composites Core Materials. “The combination of these two world class organizations will further improve the quality and accessibility of Balsa wood globally.
